All G13 orders ship from Ontario, Canada. We do not use third-party fulfillment centers or cross-border logistics. Every order is a domestic Canadian shipment.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is $15. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $25. Free shipping is included with 5+ vial orders.

All lyophilized peptide compounds ship in sealed vials with protective packaging appropriate for temperature stability during transit. Bacteriostatic Water ships at room temperature.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the gold standard analytical method for determining compound purity and identity. G13 submits every batch to an independent third-party laboratory for HPLC analysis before release. The results are published in the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
All G13 compounds are tested by an independent third-party laboratory with no financial relationship to G13 or our suppliers. We do not self-certify. We do not use manufacturer-provided test results. Every test is conducted independently.
Each Certificate of Analysis shows the compound name, lot number, net content (assay result), test method, analysis date, production standard, and fulfillment origin. All COAs are publicly accessible via the G13 COA Portal — no login required.
Visit the G13 COA Portal at the top of any page. Enter the lot number from your order or from the compound listing. The full COA will load immediately. Lot numbers follow the format CS-XXXXXX (e.g. CS-re10920).
G13 peptide batches are produced to a minimum ≥99% peptide purity standard under GMP-compliant production conditions. Recombinant proteins such as HGH and IGF-1 are tested and published per batch, and may report below 99% because they follow protein-specific assay criteria. Actual assay results are published per batch.
All lyophilized peptide compounds should be stored at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Do not store reconstituted compounds for extended periods. Bacteriostatic Water can be stored at room temperature before opening.
No. All G13 Peptides products are for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher using compounds in a research context.
Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol in USP sterile water) is the standard solvent for reconstituting lyophilized peptide compounds in a research laboratory setting. It inhibits bacterial growth and permits multi-use from a single vial.

Lyophilized compounds stored at -20°C have a shelf life of 24 months from the analysis date shown on the COA. HCG has an 18-month shelf life. Bacteriostatic Water has a 28-day shelf life after opening.
