Research compounds are sterile, lot-controlled materials. Once an order has been dispatched and is in your possession, it cannot be returned to inventory — for safety and chain-of-custody reasons that protect every researcher who orders from us.
For this reason, all sales are final once dispatched, except in the cases of damage, error, or non-delivery described above. Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.
Email orders@g13peptides.ca with your order reference (G13-XXXXXXXX), a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Claims for damage should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
