What This Notice Covers

How we handle information collected through our on-site analytics tools and the Ask G13 assistant. Our products are supplied for laboratory research use only; this notice is about website data, not product use.

What We Collect - Only If You Accept Analytics

If you click "Accept analytics," we create a random, anonymous identifier for your browser for G13 Smart Store analytics. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, IP address, or any personal identifier. We record on-site activity only, such as pages and products viewed, searches recorded as general categories, COA and batch-verification actions, cart activity, and when checkout is started. We store activity in general buckets and category labels - not free text.

After analytics is accepted, we may also load Microsoft Clarity to understand page interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolling, page performance, heatmaps, and session-replay signals. We configure Clarity to mask form fields and sensitive on-screen content, so text you type into checkout, contact, and Ask G13 fields is hidden in session replays. We do not send Clarity your G13 analytics visitor ID, names, emails, order details, Ask G13 question text, raw search text, or health information.

What We Do Not Collect

• No health information, medical history, or anything about personal or in-body use.
• No exact search wording, and no content of your questions to Ask G13.
• No tracking of your activity on other websites.
• We do not build health or medical profiles, and we never use activity to infer such things.

Ask G13 Assistant

Ask G13 answers only from our own published product and documentation content and will decline questions about dosing, personal use, or health outcomes. When the assistant declines a question, we record only a general category label for safety monitoring - never the text of your question, and never linked to your browsing identifier.

If You Decline

If you decline analytics, we create no G13 analytics identifier, record no Smart Store activity, and do not load Microsoft Clarity. You can still browse, verify batches, use Ask G13, and place orders normally.

Email

We email you only if you separately check the email opt-in box. Those messages are about products, documentation, and orders - never health or usage advice - and every one includes our identity and a one-click unsubscribe. If you gave us your email to place an order, we may contact you about that business relationship as permitted by Canada anti-spam law.

Purpose

We use this information only to understand how the store is used and to improve products, documentation access, and the ordering experience.

How Long We Keep It

• Detailed activity: 90 days, then aggregated and deleted.
• Aggregate or summary data: up to 12 months.
• Safety-monitoring category records: up to 180 days, then deleted.

These limits are enforced automatically by a scheduled deletion process.

Where It Is Stored

G13 Smart Store analytics is stored and processed in Canada. Our database is hosted in a Canadian region, ca-central-1. Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft and may process Clarity analytics data outside Canada under Microsoft's service terms.

Your Choices

• Change your mind: switch analytics on or off anytime via "Privacy preferences" in the site footer.
• Deletion: to request deletion of analytics data associated with your browser, email orders@g13peptides.ca. Because the identifier is anonymous, we may ask for information to locate the right records; we will delete matching visitor, session, and activity records.
• Questions or concerns: contact us at orders@g13peptides.ca. You also have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Other Analytics Tools

We also use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic without cookies or personal data. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after analytics consent and may use first-party cookies to support interaction analytics; those cookies are cleared from this browser when analytics is declined through Privacy preferences.

Changes

We may update this notice; the effective date above will change and material changes will be highlighted on-site.
