These Terms of Service govern your use of the G13 Peptides website and your purchase of products from G13 Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

G13 Peptides reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be intended for non-research purposes.
All orders are placed through the G13 Peptides website and paid via Interac e-Transfer to orders@g13peptides.ca. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. G13 Peptides is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
G13 Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at its discretion, including cases where stock is unavailable or where we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason.
G13 Peptides ships within Canada only, from Ontario. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. All shipments are tracked. Shipping costs are as shown at checkout at the time of order.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier. G13 Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost in transit, contact orders@g13peptides.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of research compounds and for product integrity reasons, G13 Peptides does not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original sealed condition.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact orders@g13peptides.ca within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
G13 Peptides provides products for laboratory research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G13 Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
G13 Peptides makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness of any compound for any particular research purpose. All product information provided is for educational and research reference purposes only.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
